Large or misshapen noses can cause many people to have low self-esteem; however, Dr. McIntosh does not feel as though people should have to deal with this their whole lives. A rhinoplasty begins with an internal incision within the nostril, which leaves the patient with no visible scarring. There are many different things that can happen during the procedure, and this depends upon what you and Dr. McIntosh have agreed on to create your new appearance:

- Reduce Nostril Size
The entire procedure will last between 1 and 2 hours, and during recovery there may be slight swelling or bruising. Downtime is minimal though, and the results will be immediate.
